No worries if you dont have a background in any martial arts, you will learn the basics from Sensei Steven. You can also expect to get tired fast as the trainning may get rigourious at the start, however, after a few sessions, your body will get used to the trainning.

Can you get me to win competition?

It depends on your committment, if you are committed, I am willing to guide you to a championship. However, Karate is a lifestyle and having a competition based is not the correct mindset to begin with, one must know the values, Kata(Pattern) and Kumite(Sparing) to be a complete Karateka.

Yes! ZSR karatedo association has many passionate kids as its members, in fact, majority of our members are kids.
